Michael just came from Trader Joe's - British whole wheat muffins, fetal spinach, spring mix, hummus, spanokopita, vanilla soy milk, Cap'n Crunch, AK-47 - all but 2

Michael is not worried about losing his 2nd Amendment rights and won't be rushing out to buy any guns. I hope Obama doesn't take away our bagels, veggie tofu & lox.

Michael can't get enough of Sarah Palin and her remarks about jerks, and loved seeing her make moose chili and abuse the English language!

Michael had an excellent time and spoke at Cardozo Law School today. He is still nervous as hell about the upcoming election and voter suppression.

Michael had a great morning in Manhattan - sunrise, cold, quiet, pumpernickel bagel with veggie tofu, no traffic and life is great!

Michael is hearing John McCain call Barry Hannity Obama the Redistributionist-In-Chief. But I thought he was a terrorist/Muslim/Socialist/celebrity?

Michael just got his WPU business cards, and is loving the cold wind and rain because he can park right next to his office.

Michael has been listening to McCoy Tyner's Sahara, Us3 and Uakti while waiting for Keith Olbermann's Countdown to air. And writing about sampling.

Michael had a great time at VON last night celebrating J's birthday. The bartenders and clientele there are insane and cabs await at funny hours.

Michael is glad that it is Sunday after having had a perfectly bad Saturday, perfectly bad in every way, except that he is still alive.

Michael had halal at 14th & 8th this morning, again for breakfast, and is eating chocolate covered blueberries with S.

Michael had halal for breakfast, hasn't eaten since and is pondering whether to have tequila, pumpkin ale or merlot before feeding time. What to do and where to go?

Michael just finished writing a report and is looking forward to listening to the second half of This Week In Law's podcast & interview with Fred Von Lohmann.

I haven't seen that much of Sarah Palin lately - Matt Lauer, Larry King, ABC, BBC, CBC, DBC, NBC, TBS, Fox Fox Fox Fox Fox, MSNBC (only as NBC replays)..... I need to know more about her clothes and The First Dude's clothes, about Sarah's spin on the 3 or 4 or 9 or 13 or 21 or 34 or 53 Continents of Africa the Country or City or the South Africa region of Istanbul, or what clothing stores on what continents can be seen from porches in Alaska......

I love the fact that she has made the strongest statement - that she YOU BETCHA will run for President in 2012 and can hardly wait the 19 months until 2012 is here so she can declare her Runnership for the Presidentship. I'll donate some effort just to hep her out. My need for comedic relief is burning. I no longer get to hear about:
