I AM IN NOVA IORQUE. Last night at Brazil Grill (4th & 8th), I surprisingly got to spend some time with my old friend, Noel, from Crown Heights, Brooklyn USA. I went to BG with M from Brooklyn USA and S from NJ. They needed to meet and we needed to have a hell of a lot of fun as a trio and what better place to start the night than Brazil Grill. The only sad news was that my favorite bartender, the infamous completely sweet and funny, Elton, is no longer at Brazil Grill. Noel was sad about this, as was I, but I became as best friends as I could with Sam, who has been the bartender there for two weeks. Sam is excellent. More on him and other things Brazilian later.....

The Apple Store was as nuts as could be at 6 PM on a Friday. It seems that everyone wants to own the Phone. I won't do that until generation 2 comes around and a better service (I'm not an AT & T fan nor do I want a two year contract on anything).

I bought a beautiful new rugged as hell aluminum 160 Gb LaCie hard drive that is surrounded by a layer of orange rubber. If you're a University of Miami fan, this orange is for you.

I also went into Bergdorf Goodman - down to their first floor below street level were there are only women and beauty things. Oh my, how I felt out of place. Everyone looked at me and asked if I needed help. Help? Yes, I need affordable housing in Manhattan or Brooklyn. I think they were thinking, "ANTELOPE in Aisle 5. ANTELOPE in aisle 5." I was an out of place ungulate.

ON THIS DAY in 2003, I prevailed in "Grant Smith v. E. Michael Harrington" in the Tennessee Supreme Court. I was in Montreal at the time and found at when I got to Boston. I was also interviewed that day by Salon for an article about mashups. That term was fairly new back then. Now mashups are a good chunk of my life.

TONIGHT we will be attending BEATALLICA's CD release party at B.B King's. I'll be seeing our guys soon. First, we are going to cross the Brooklyn Bridge on foot and then go clothes shopping and more. Life in Nova Iorque is so damn great. Off to spread the love.....
